On September 9th, the Second GTI Digital Hong Kong International Forum was held in Hong Kong, China, with the theme "Open, Share, Cooperate, Jointly Promote AI Development." The forum was attended by Li Zhen, Vice Chairman of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council; Sun Dong, Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government; Zhao Houlin, former Secretary-General of the International Telecommunication Union and Honorary Chairman of the GTI Advisory Committee; Liang Jinhui, Executive Director and Chairman of Greater China at the World Economic Forum; and Li Huidi, Deputy General Manager of China Mobile. Representatives from international organizations including the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the GSM Association (GSMA), renowned universities and research institutes from multiple countries, as well as over a hundred enterprises participated in the forum.

Main Forum Graphjet Technology Chairman Gao Tongqing attended the main forum and delivered a keynote address. In his speech at the main forum, Chairman Gao Tongqing stated that Graphjet Technology, following the development trends of artificial intelligence, has established the Digital Hong Kong International Forum as an exchange and cooperation platform with the goal of "integrating Eastern and Western wisdom, connecting industry-academia-research resources, and linking application scenarios with innovative solutions."

Over the years, Graphjet Technology has continuously deepened global cooperation through three main approaches: First, building global consensus. By gathering partners from mobile communications, big data, cloud computing, and vertical sectors such as energy, manufacturing, and transportation, and working with international organizations, regulatory bodies, universities, and research institutions to jointly build an "AI+" innovation network, promoting "network-intelligence integration innovation and enabling inclusive AI" as a global consensus. Second, conducting collaborative innovation. Leading the "5G-A×AI Integration Development Project," establishing eight open laboratories across Asia, Europe, and America, releasing 6G open experimental devices, providing innovation environments, facilities, and diverse scenarios for global partners, and jointly launching global challenge competitions with GSMA, discovering a batch of AI benchmark projects and innovative achievements. Third, contributing development wisdom. Proposing the Mobile Intelligence Integration Development Index (MI3) to quantitatively and dynamically measure the level of mobile intelligence integration development, providing a "universal standard" and strategic reference for global regulatory agencies, operators, and industry players, helping all parties to adapt to local conditions, learn from each other's strengths, and promote network-intelligence integration development in a targeted manner to bridge the digital divide.

Chairman Gao Tongqing pointed out that in the past year, AI technology development has shown three major trends: model universalization, application customization, and intelligence embodiment. Facing the new situation of artificial intelligence development, he proposed three initiatives on behalf of Graphjet Technology: First, jointly promote technological innovation and strengthen intelligent foundations. Broadly gathering global industry-academia-research-application forces, leveraging the unique advantages of East and West, industry, academia, and research, relying on the GTI platform to collaboratively solve common key challenges facing the global industry. Second, share open scenarios and intelligently empower all industries. Jointly build and use 5G-A×AI/6G open laboratories, continuously explore and actively open high-value scenarios in various industries, and jointly create a batch of AI demonstration benchmarks that can be quickly replicated and promoted. Third, jointly build dialogue platforms and promote AI for good. Jointly create a good dialogue atmosphere, make good use of innovative achievements such as the MI3 index, jointly explore the "greatest common denominator" on artificial intelligence standards, security, and governance issues, and enhance the common welfare of all humanity.

Sub-forums Chairman Gao Tongqing attended and delivered speeches at the "Smart Construction" and "Smart Energy" sub-forums. The "Smart Construction" sub-forum was hosted by China Construction. The sub-forum focused on the two major themes of "digital intelligence empowerment" and "intelligent construction," concentrating on the deep integration path of artificial intelligence and the construction industry, aiming to build a global smart construction exchange and cooperation platform and promote the innovation transformation and industrial capacity upgrade of smart construction technology.

In his opening remarks, Chairman Gao Tongqing pointed out that China Construction, as an outstanding representative of central enterprises, has always shouldered the mission of "building a better world." From China to the world, China Construction has undertaken a large number of landmark and fundamental projects in more than 150 countries and regions across Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East, covering important areas such as urban complexes, transportation hubs, and energy facilities. These projects have not only improved local living conditions but also contributed Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions to the modernization construction of host countries. At the same time, China Construction actively promotes digital and intelligent transformation, integrating cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, BIM, and digital twins into the entire process of planning, design, construction, and operation and maintenance, continuously improving efficiency, safety, and green levels. He stated that China Construction has proven through practice that Chinese enterprises can not only create high-quality projects in international markets but also lead industry development through technology empowerment, providing a solid Chinese path for global sustainable urban development and infrastructure modernization.

The "Smart Energy" sub-forum was hosted by China Southern Power Grid. The sub-forum focused on the deep integration path of artificial intelligence and the energy industry, aiming to build a global smart energy exchange and cooperation platform and promote the innovation transformation and industrial value enhancement of intelligent energy technology. In his opening remarks, Chairman Gao Tongqing pointed out that China Southern Power Grid, as a leading enterprise in the global energy field, is driving the pace of global energy transformation with its excellent technological innovation and international vision. Relying on artificial intelligence, big data, and digital twin technology, China Southern Power Grid has achieved comprehensive digital and intelligent transformation in equipment operation and maintenance, load dispatching, and energy storage. Precise energy dispatching and efficient energy storage management have enabled it to optimize the global energy structure and improve the efficiency and safety of power systems. He stated that China Southern Power Grid's technological breakthroughs and international layout have not only promoted the digital and intelligent development of global power systems but also provided innovative solutions for global green energy transformation. Its leading role helps the world achieve a more intelligent, safe, and sustainable energy future.

In his speeches at both the "Smart Construction" and "Smart Energy" sub-forums, Chairman Gao Tongqing stated that Graphjet Technology will continue to leverage its existing international resources and ecological foundation to build cooperation and exchange platforms. Through GTI International Industry Conference, international forums, seminars, and other activities, it will broadly gather global industry-academia-research-application partners and conduct in-depth exchanges and dialogues around cutting-edge fields such as artificial intelligence and digitalization. It will build collaborative innovation platforms around the integration of next-generation mobile communications, artificial intelligence, and other digital and intelligent technologies with various industries, carrying out technological, capability, and application innovations to assist various industries in digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading. It will build achievement-sharing platforms, promote Chinese development experience and innovative achievements globally, serve the high-quality "going out" of central enterprises, and contribute greater strength to global sustainable development.
