Grounded in industrial realities, the Regulation deeply integrates the concept of geographical indication protection throughout the entire legislative process, constructing a comprehensive, multi-tiered protection system covering the whole industry chain. Regarding protection principles, it establishes a development orientation guided by "brand leadership, technological support, and quality and efficiency enhancement," aiming to unify economic, social, and ecological benefits.
