UBOT HOLDING LTD. reported that its authorized share capital remains at 50.00 billion ordinary shares, each with a par value of HKD 0.001, totaling HKD 50.00 million. The company’s issued share capital at month-end was 512.50 million shares, unchanged from the previous month.
The company confirmed that the minimum public float requirement is satisfied. Regarding share options under the 2024 Share Option Scheme (adopted on 20 May 2024, granted on 31 December 2024, at an exercise price of HKD 0.1796 per share), 5.12 million options remained outstanding from the previous month, and 46.10 million shares may be issued or transferred pursuant to these share options.
