KHOON GROUP (00924) announced that Ms. Leung Wing-Chi has resigned from her position as an independent non-executive director, as well as from her roles as chair of the audit committee and member of the compensation and nomination committees, to dedicate more time to her other business commitments. This resignation is effective from October 23, 2025.
