ZHEJIANGEXPRESS Shareholder Transfers Holdings from BNP Paribas to Citibank

A recent filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosed that on March 18, a shareholder of ZHEJIANGEXPRESS (00576) moved shares from BNP Paribas to Citibank. The transferred holdings had a market value of HK$437 million, representing 3.10% of the company's total shares.

In a separate development, ZHEJIANGEXPRESS previously announced that on December 31, 2025, the company entered into a capital injection agreement with the target company, Zhejiang Communications Investment Zhongtan Environment Technology Co., Ltd., and the business group, Zhejiang Provincial Commerce Group Co., Ltd. Under the agreement, ZHEJIANGEXPRESS will invest RMB 226 million to acquire an 11.6733% stake in the target company’s enlarged registered capital. Following the completion of the capital injection, ZHEJIANGEXPRESS will hold an 11.6733% interest in the target company, which will not become a subsidiary of ZHEJIANGEXPRESS.
