On December 1, JD.com's inaugural "Nurse at Home" care station officially commenced operations in Hebei District, Tianjin.

As a key offline component of JD Health's home-based elderly care services, the facility offers local residents access to trial medical devices, routine nursing care, and respiratory pathogen testing. It also serves as a regional hub for licensed nurses, rehabilitation therapists, and certified caregivers, providing essential infrastructure for JD's integrated "medical-nursing" home care services in the area.

The "Nurse at Home" program delivers professional in-home care for seniors, post-operative recovery patients, and hospitalized individuals. Services are performed by experienced clinical nurses, rehabilitation specialists, and state-certified elderly care workers, covering over 100 specialized procedures including wound dressing changes, pressure ulcer care, catheter maintenance, physical/cognitive rehabilitation, grooming, assisted bathing, and incontinence management.

Currently available in Tianjin, the service is expected to expand to additional regions as more care stations are established.
