Under the agreement, the seller agrees to sell, and the buyer agrees to purchase, the procurement targets at a total consideration of approximately RMB 6.484 billion. The procurement targets consist of information technology computer equipment.

The total value of the procurement targets, determined based on their market prices and following the company's internal evaluation process, amounts to approximately RMB 6.484 billion. The seller does not separately account for the pre-tax or after-tax profits related to the procurement targets. The product procurement agreement was entered into by the company in the ordinary and regular course of business.
