Vobile (03738) Announces February 2026 Monthly Return with 2.59 Billion Shares in Issue

Vobile Group Limited (stock code: 03738) released its monthly return for the period ended 28 February 2026. The total authorized share capital remained at USD 800,000. The issued shares increased by 50.28 million during the month, rising from approximately 2.54 billion to 2.59 billion. This increase was mainly attributed to the conversion of convertible bonds.
According to the filing, the public float requirement was satisfied as of the end of February 2026. The number of treasury shares remained unchanged at around 1.45 million, resulting in a total of about 2.59 billion issued shares. No new shares were issued under the company’s share option scheme during the period.
