On February 14, the Xinxiang City branch of the People's Bank of China issued an administrative penalty decision showing that China Construction Bank Corporation's Xinxiang branch was warned and fined 970,000 yuan. The penalties were imposed for violations including breaching financial statistics regulations, failing to comply with anti-counterfeit currency business management rules, misappropriating fiscal funds, breaking relevant credit information management provisions, neglecting to perform customer due diligence as required, and failing to retain customer due diligence records according to regulations.
