H&H International Holdings (01112) has announced that for the nine months ended September 30, 2026, total revenue rose 24.5% year-on-year on a reported basis (up 24.4% on a like-for-like basis) to RMB13.448 billion, primarily driven by strong growth in both the adult nutrition and care products segment and the infant and child nutrition and care products segment.

In the third quarter, the group increased investment in strategic new product launches and strengthened initiatives targeting core markets and selected expansion markets to support sustainable growth.

High-margin nutritional supplements accounted for 59.5% of revenue. Vitamins, herbal and mineral supplements, pet nutrition products, and infant probiotics and children's nutritional supplements achieved growth of 16.6%, 8.1%, and 9.4% respectively on a like-for-like basis.

The adult nutrition and care products segment grew 17.7% year-on-year (up 16.4% on a like-for-like basis), as the group continued to achieve comprehensive growth across its core mainland China and Australia-New Zealand domestic markets as well as expansion markets.

The infant and child nutrition and care products segment grew 44.6%, driven by a 54.5% increase in the mainland China infant formula milk powder business.

The group's market share in mainland China's super-premium infant formula milk powder segment rose from 15.4% last year to 22.3%, reaching a record high.

The pet nutrition and care products segment's growth slowed to 0.2% on a like-for-like basis, mainly due to an expected decline in sales in mainland China. However, high-margin pet nutrition products achieved 8.1% growth.

The group continued to optimize its balance sheet. In the first nine months of 2026, the group reduced total debt by more than RMB1.3 billion. As of September 30, 2026, RMB-denominated borrowings together with RMB hedging arrangements now provide risk coverage equivalent to 100% of total borrowings.
