To deepen the implementation of the "Two Neighbors" concept, Wanlian Subdistrict in Shenhe District has leveraged party-building collaborations as a bridge. The initiative brought together the Economic Construction Division of the Municipal Finance Bureau and the Dawanlian Community Party Committee to jointly establish a "Community Love Corner." This project ensures precise alignment of resources with community services, delivering tangible warmth to residents.

The collaboration focuses on addressing residents' practical needs, emphasizing "resource sharing, integrated services, and mutual assistance." The Economic Construction Division’s Party branch contributed essential supplies such as rice, flour, cooking oil, and milk, which are managed and distributed by the Dawanlian Community Party Committee to support vulnerable groups, including low-income families and elderly individuals living alone. Through this "point-to-point" pairing model, Wanlian Subdistrict has strengthened its community governance framework under party leadership, fostering co-construction, co-governance, and shared benefits.

Meanwhile, Ertaizi Subdistrict in Dadong District has prioritized fire safety in high-rise buildings. Following a dedicated meeting on high-rise fire risks, the subdistrict launched a thorough inspection campaign targeting blocked fire exits, improper e-bike parking, and charging hazards. Property management teams were urged to maintain logs and expedite rectifications. Inspection teams conducted spot checks to ensure compliance, while awareness campaigns—spanning online outreach, offline reminders, and electronic displays—amplified fire safety education ahead of the winter season.

In another initiative, Dazhuanwan Community in Yu Hong District convened a "Three Leaders & Five Members" meeting, uniting property managers, neighborhood representatives, safety monitors, and local police to address pressing issues like housing leaks, inadequate heating, and road repairs. Solutions were proposed on-site, with commitments to prompt repairs and transparent progress updates.

This multi-pronged approach underscores the synergy between party-building and grassroots governance in enhancing community welfare.
