ECHO INT HOLD (08218) announced that RSM (Hong Kong) CPA Limited has resigned as the company's auditor, effective February 26, 2026. The resignation follows a failure to reach a consensus on the audit fees for the group's consolidated financial statements for the year ending March 31, 2026. Following the recommendation of the audit committee, it has been resolved to appoint Guocheng CPA Limited as the new auditor to fill the vacancy left by RSM's departure, effective from February 26, 2026. The term of appointment for Guocheng will last until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
