Yum China (HK: 09987) has disclosed a share repurchase transaction completed on September 21, 2026, spending approximately HK$7.859 million to acquire 24,200 shares at a price range of HK$323 to HK$327.2 per share.
Additionally, on the same date, the company repurchased 65,400 shares for around US$2.7 million, with each share priced between US$41.11 and US$41.61.
