China Castson 81 Finance (00810) revealed that its authorized share capital remained at 20,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, totaling HKD 200,000,000 as of the end of October 2025.
The total number of issued ordinary shares increased from 169,707,187 to 203,643,187 during the month. The 33,936,000 newly issued shares resulted from a placing at HKD 0.112 per share, completed on 27 October 2025. No movements in treasury shares were recorded, and no changes were made to any share options, warrants, or convertible securities during the same period.
