LANDSEA LIFE (01965) announced that Mr. Tian Ming has resigned from his positions as executive director and chairman to devote more time to personal matters, effective from September 12, 2025. On the same date, Mr. Liu Shouwei, a non-executive director, has been appointed as chairman.
