CATHAY PAC AIR (00293) announced that Mr. Sun Yuquan will retire as a non-executive director of the company in accordance with Article 93 of the company's articles of association and will not stand for re-election. Mr. Wang Mingyuan has resigned from his position as a non-executive director. Mr. Qu Guangji will be appointed as a non-executive director of the company. These changes will take effect at the conclusion of the company's Annual General Meeting held on May 13, 2026.
