LEGION CONSO (02129) announced that Ms. Fan Jiasi, an executive director, has been appointed as a member of the company's Nomination Committee, effective from December 11, 2025. Following this appointment, the Nomination Committee now consists of two executive directors and three independent non-executive directors: Mr. Wong Hong Fook, Ms. Fan, Mr. Zhao Jiakai (Chairman of the Nomination Committee), Mr. Yang Dequan, and Mr. Ho Wing Sum.
