China Mobile declares final net dividend of HKD 0.44906 per SDR

China Mobile has announced a final cash dividend for its China Mobile HK SDR 5-to-1 programme. The gross dividend is HKD 0.50400 per SDR, less a 10% withholding tax of HKD 0.05040 and a corporate action fee of HKD 0.00454, delivering a net dividend of HKD 0.44906 per SDR. Based on an exchange rate of 6.13570 HKD/SGD, the payout equates to SGD 0.07319 per SDR.
The SDR will trade ex-dividend on Jun, 05 2026, with the record date set for Jun, 08 2026. Payment in Hong Kong dollars is scheduled for Jun, 24 2026, while the Singapore dollar distribution will be credited on Jun, 29 2026. The SDR register will be closed from Jun, 03 2026 to Jun, 08 2026.
