Geotech (1707) Announces Executive Director Resignation and Authorised Representative Change

Geotech Holdings Ltd. (1707) announced the resignation of executive director and director of certain subsidiaries, Mr. Lok Kar Kin, effective 27 October 2025. According to the company, Mr. Lok made this decision to allocate more time to personal and other business commitments. The announcement indicates that there is no disagreement between him and the board of directors, nor any issue requiring attention from the stock exchange or shareholders.
Following the resignation, Mr. Lok also ceased to serve as the authorised representative. On the same date, the position was assumed by Mr. Hui Sai Kwong, Garrison. The board expressed appreciation for Mr. Lok’s contribution during his tenure.
