CHABAIDAO General Manager Wang Hongxue Currently Pursuing Diploma Through Distance Learning - What Is His First Academic Qualification?

Recently, CHABAIDAO's first French store opened in Paris, generating cumulative sales of nearly 500,000 yuan in its opening week, sparking public discussion and drawing attention to the company's General Manager Wang Hongxue.

According to East Money, Wang Hongxue was born in 1992 and is currently pursuing a Business Management diploma through distance learning courses at Beijing National Open University in China. However, his first academic qualifications and related information have not been disclosed, leaving questions about his educational background.

Wang joined CHABAIDAO in 2016 and has been primarily involved in managing the company's business operations. He has successively held positions including Operations Director and Deputy General Manager of the Operations Center at CHABAIDAO, and currently serves as General Manager. His main responsibilities include overall management and operations of CHABAIDAO's operations centers at all levels, encompassing operational team building, standardized internal management development, and investment expansion.

This shows that Wang Hongxue has worked at CHABAIDAO for nearly ten years, accumulating extensive management experience.

According to past financial reports, Wang Hongxue's 2024 compensation was 1.403 million yuan, an increase of 224,000 yuan compared to 1.179 million yuan in 2023. His compensation ranks second only to Chairman Wang Xiaokun among executive directors.

Notably, Wang Hongxue holds 8.505 million equity shares in the company. Based on CHABAIDAO's 2025 interim dividend announcement of 0.18 yuan per share, Wang Hongxue is entitled to receive dividends of 1.5309 million yuan, which exceeds his salary from last year.

According to CHABAIDAO's 2025 interim performance report, the company achieved total revenue of 2.5 billion yuan in the first half of the year, a slight increase of 4.3% year-on-year. Profit during the period increased to 333 million yuan, up 40% year-on-year. Both revenue and profit showed growth, further enhancing the company's profitability.

In terms of store scale, as of the first half of this year, CHABAIDAO's nationwide store count increased to 8,444, while overseas stores further expanded to 21, including 11 stores opened in South Korea. In September this year, the first store in France also officially opened.

The expansion of the store network is inseparable from the efforts of General Manager Wang Hongxue. Future developments of CHABAIDAO will continue to be closely monitored.
