China Merchants Securities has published a research report initiating a Strongly Recommend rating on Zijin Gold(02259.HK).
As the U.S. federal government shutdown continues, the spot gold notched a new historical high this morning (6th) at USD3,920.63, last up 0.5% to USD3,907.18. Gold futures for December delivery last rose 0.6% at USD3,931.
