WISDOMCOME GP (08079) announced that Mr. Lo Yu Xuan has resigned from his positions as independent non-executive director of the company and member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee, as he needs to devote more time to handling his personal business matters. The resignation takes effect from October 1, 2025. Mr. Ho Tak Yin has been appointed as independent non-executive director and member of the remuneration committee, nomination committee, and audit committee, effective from October 1, 2025.
