Shenzhen Woer (9981) Announces Plan to Appoint Overseas Auditor and Schedules EGM

Shenzhen Woer Heat-Shrinkable Material Co., Ltd. (9981) disclosed plans to appoint Moore CPA Limited as its overseas auditor for the fiscal year 2025. According to the announcement, the decision requires shareholder approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), which is set for March 19, 2026, in Shenzhen.

The register of H Shareholders will be closed from March 16 to March 19, 2026, inclusive. Shareholders whose names remain on the register by March 19, 2026, are eligible to vote. The final decision on the appointment of Moore CPA Limited, including audit fees, will be put to an ordinary resolution at the EGM, and approval will confirm Moore CPA Limited's term until the next annual general meeting.

The announcement also highlights that Moore CPA Limited already served as reporting accountant in the Company’s H-share issuance. The board considers this continuity to be in the overall interests of shareholders. If shareholders approve, Moore CPA Limited will undertake the audit of financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards. The Company further notes that votes at the upcoming meeting will be conducted by poll in line with regulatory requirements.
