WG ENV TECH (01845) announced that Mr. Gu Chunbin has resigned from his position as an executive director of the company to focus on other personal affairs and career commitments, effective March 21, 2026. Effective from the same date, Mr. Gu Chunbin has also resigned from his roles as Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Agent for Service of Legal Process for the same reasons. On March 21, 2026, Ms. Pang Hui was appointed as Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Agent for Service of Legal Process to fill the vacancy created by Mr. Gu's resignation. Furthermore, based on the operational and management needs of the company, the Board resolved on March 20, 2026, to appoint Ms. Xu Anli as a Joint Company Secretary.
