WebX Holding Group Limited has executed a Supplemental Placing Agreement with the Placing Agent to extend the Long-Stop Date for completing its new-share placement from 30 September 2026 to 23 October 2026. The extension provides additional time to satisfy the conditions precedent specified in the original Placing Agreement announced on 11 September 2026.

Apart from the revised Long-Stop Date, all other terms and conditions of the Placing Agreement remain unchanged and in full force. Completion of the placement continues to hinge on fulfillment of the agreed conditions; therefore, the transaction may or may not proceed.

The board of directors, chaired by Zhuang Jiyong, reiterates that shareholders and potential investors should exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.
