The board of DT CAPITAL (00356) has announced a proposal to consolidate the company's shares. The consolidation will be executed on the basis of combining every 15 existing shares into one consolidated share. This applies to both issued and unissued share capital.

Currently, the board lot for trading the existing shares on the Stock Exchange is 30,000 shares. Subject to and conditional upon the share consolidation taking effect, the board lot for trading on the Exchange will be changed to 5,000 consolidated shares.
