TONGDA GROUP (00698) announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025. The group recorded revenue of HK$2.493 billion, representing a decrease of 16.84% year-on-year. Shareholders' profit attributable to the company reached HK$63.421 million, marking an increase of 393.86% compared to the same period last year. Earnings per share stood at 0.65 HK cents.

According to the announcement, the revenue decline was primarily attributed to the disposal of the precision components business, with its revenue and earnings no longer consolidated into the group's financial statements since April 3, 2024 (completion date of the transaction). Excluding the sales contribution from the disposed business in the corresponding period last year, the group's revenue for the period only decreased by approximately 0.5% year-on-year compared to the adjusted revenue from the same period last year.
