China Carbon Neutral Development Group (01372) has announced that, in light of recent market conditions as of March 13, 2026, the company and the subscriber have mutually entered into a termination agreement. This agreement terminates the subscription agreement originally dated March 6, 2026, effective from the date of the termination agreement, which is March 13, 2026. According to the termination agreement, the original subscription agreement is now void and without any further effect. All rights, obligations, and liabilities of both the company and the subscriber under the original agreement ceased upon the termination date. As of the signing date of the termination agreement, the company had not issued any subscription shares pursuant to the original agreement. The proposed subscription will no longer proceed, and the 40 million shares originally intended for placement will be reallocated to the general mandate for the subscription of new shares.
