China Shenhua Energy Company Limited (01088 HK, 601088 SH) released its monthly return for the period ended 28 February 2026. According to the report, the company’s total authorized share capital remained at 19.87 billion shares (rounded to two decimal places), composed of 3.38 billion H shares and 16.49 billion A shares. There were no changes in the balance of issued shares or treasury shares compared to the previous month.
The announcement also confirmed that the company’s public float requirement for its H shares was satisfied as of the end of February. No movements occurred in share options, warrants, convertibles, or other arrangements to issue additional shares.
