MOBI DEV (00947) announced that the group expects an unaudited consolidated net loss of approximately RMB 32 million for the six months ended June 30, 2025, compared to a net loss of approximately RMB 31.58 million in the same period of 2024.

For the first half of 2025, the loss was primarily attributed to several factors: sales revenue declined year-on-year due to adjustments in domestic operators' network construction demands and the impact of geopolitical factors; temporary adjustments in product structure caused by different customer network construction cycles resulted in reduced gross profit; foreign exchange gains decreased by approximately RMB 2 million compared to the same period last year.

However, the group continued to strictly implement cost control management measures with significant results, leading to a decline in overall expense scale, which kept the net loss essentially flat compared to the same period last year.
