ANCHORSTONE appoints Ren Yuehua as Executive Director while Lui Po Wai Natalie steps down

Anchorstone Holdings Limited announced a board reshuffle effective 14 May 2026. Ren Yuehua, aged 37, joins the board as Executive Director and becomes one of the company’s two authorised representatives. Concurrently, Lui Po Wai Natalie has resigned from both roles to pursue other business commitments.

Ren Yuehua holds a bachelor’s degree in digital media from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and brings more than a decade of operations and investment management experience. Her previous posts include Director at NASDAQ-listed BGM Group, Operations Director at Shanghai Qianhong Investment Management, and General Manager at Hangzhou Canziyuan Biotechnology. Ren has signed a three-year service contract with annual remuneration of HK$1.00 million, subject to customary retirement-by-rotation and re-election provisions.

Lui Po Wai Natalie departs without disagreement with the board, and no matters related to her resignation require shareholder attention, according to the filing. The board expressed gratitude for her contributions.

Following the changes, Anchorstone’s board comprises Executive Directors Lui Yue Yun Gary and Ren Yuehua, alongside Independent Non-Executive Directors Ko Tsz Kin, Wong Yue Fai and Professor Jiang Zhihong.
