UK telecom giant Vodafone Group PLC announced on Thursday that it will acquire German cloud and digital transformation company Skylink from private equity firm Waterland for €175 million (approximately $200.9 million) to expand its service offerings.

Skylink employs over 500 staff across Germany and Europe, specializing in managing cloud deployments on Microsoft and Amazon Web Services platforms while implementing AI solutions for enterprise clients.

The deal, pending regulatory approval, is expected to close by the end of March 2026.
