CREATIVE CHINA (08368) announced that the company has decided to change its auditor after failing to reach an agreement on audit fees for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025 (FY2025) with RSM Hong Kong (formerly known as ShineWing HK CPA Limited). Consequently, RSM resigned as the company's auditor effective December 19, 2025.

Following the recommendation of the audit committee and in accordance with the company's articles of association, Kreston CPA Limited has been appointed as the new auditor, effective December 19, 2025. Kreston will fill the interim vacancy left by RSM and serve until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting.
