MAOYAN ENT (01896) announced that in response to the amendments to the Corporate Governance Code set out in Appendix C1 to the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (which became effective on July 1, 2025), Ms. Liu Lin, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a new member of the company's nomination committee, effective from August 25, 2025.
