Tuya-W Reports Half-Year Results with Net Profit Up 45.8% to $34.4 Million

Tuya-W (02391) has announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, revealing total revenue of $174 million, representing a year-on-year increase of approximately 12.3%.

The group's net profit for the period reached $34.4 million, marking a substantial 45.8% increase compared to the prior year, with basic earnings per share attributable to ordinary shareholders standing at $0.06.

Looking at the second quarter of 2026 in isolation, total revenue climbed to $92.9 million, up roughly 16.0% year-over-year, while net profit surged 48.04% to $18.634 million. Basic earnings per share attributable to ordinary shareholders for the quarter were $0.03.

In terms of customer metrics, the company maintained approximately 2,700 PaaS customers during the six-month period, consistent with the same timeframe in 2025. The overall customer base totaled around 4,000 entities, compared to roughly 4,100 in the corresponding period last year.

Notably, the number of premium PaaS customers over the trailing twelve months ended June 30, 2026, rose to 318, up from 285 in the comparable period ending June 30, 2025. These premium customers accounted for approximately 89.9% of PaaS revenue, an increase from the 88.8% contribution recorded in the prior-year period.

As of June 30, 2026, the company's registered artificial intelligence developers surpassed 2.092 million, reflecting growth of around 16.2% compared to the 1.801 million developers registered as of December 31, 2025.
