Khoon Group Limited (stock code: 00924) released its monthly return for the period ended 31 October 2025, reporting that authorized share capital remains at HKD 15,000,000, consisting of 1,500,000,000 ordinary shares at a par value of HKD 0.01 each. No changes were recorded in the authorized/registered share capital compared to the previous month.
The total issued share count remains at 1,000,000,000 ordinary shares with no treasury shares. No new shares were issued, and there were no movements related to share repurchases. A share option scheme approved on 10 June 2019 remains in effect without any new options exercised during the month. The maximum number of shares that may be issued pursuant to this scheme is 100,000,000.
