PEGBIO CO-B (02565) announced that Ms. Chen Wanmei has submitted her resignation from the positions of joint company secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Listing Rules), and representative for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong as required under Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (legal process agent), effective from August 26, 2025.

The Board of Directors further announced that following Ms. Chen's resignation, Mr. Zou Xinglong has been appointed as joint company secretary, authorized representative and legal process agent, effective from August 26, 2025. Mr. Huang Yifeng will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary.
