SHANGHAI FUDAN (01385) announced that the board of directors of Shanghai Fudan Microelectronics Group Co., Ltd. received a written resignation report from Deputy General Manager Mr. Diao Linshan on October 28. Mr. Diao resigned from his position as Deputy General Manager and all roles in subsidiary companies due to personal reasons. Following his resignation, Mr. Diao will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries.
