Towngas Smart Energy (01083) Announces Additional Share Issuance from Option Exercises

According to the Next Day Disclosure Return dated 21 October 2025, Towngas Smart Energy Company Limited (Stock Code: 01083) reported an increase in its total issued shares. The company had 3,668,633,180 shares as of 17 October 2025. Following the exercise of share options under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 26 May 2022, an additional 110,000 shares were issued to a non-director grantee and 1,542,000 shares were issued to a director, each at HKD 3.4 per share.
After these transactions, the number of issued shares rose to 3,670,285,180 as of 21 October 2025. The announcement also indicated no share repurchases or redemptions during the disclosed period.
