GEOTECH HLDGS (01707) announced that Mr. Luo Jiajian (Mr. Luo) has resigned as an executive director of the company and as a director of several subsidiaries within the group, effective from October 27, 2025, due to his need to dedicate more time to personal and other business commitments. From October 27, 2025, Mr. Luo will no longer serve as the company's authorized representative under the Listing Rules. The board further announced the appointment of Mr. Xu Shiguang as the authorized representative, effective from the same date.
