Hopson Development Holdings Limited, incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability, has released its latest Circular, Notice of Special General Meeting (SGM) and Proxy Form in both English and Chinese on 8 June 2026. The documents are now available on the websites of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) and the company.
The property developer confirmed that, in line with the Listing Rules 2.07A effective since 31 December 2023, all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided electronically through the company’s and HKEX’s websites. Shareholders will receive an email alert (or a postal notification if required by the company’s Bye-laws) whenever new materials are uploaded.
For “Actionable Corporate Communications” that require shareholder instructions—such as voting or elections—Hopson Development will distribute the documents by email to individual shareholders. If a shareholder’s email address is unavailable or non-functional, the company will issue printed copies along with a request form to collect a valid email address.
To ensure uninterrupted electronic delivery, shareholders are encouraged to register or update their email addresses by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the signed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services, the company’s share registrar. Until a functional email address is provided, shareholders will continue to receive printed actionable documents.
Investors preferring hard-copy communications may opt in by submitting the reply form or emailing hopson.ecom@computershare.com.hk. Such requests remain effective for up to one year unless revoked or superseded.
Enquiries regarding the new arrangements can be directed to the share registrar via the same email address.
