KAFELAKU COFFEE (01869) announced that Ms. Zhang Guangfang will resign from her position as independent non-executive director of the company, as well as her roles as chairman of the remuneration committee and member of the audit committee, nomination committee, and legal compliance committee, effective from September 25, 2025. The resignation is due to her intention to devote more time to her personal affairs.
