CGN NEW ENERGY (01811) has announced that effective March 6, 2026, Mr. Zhang Zhiwu has resigned from his positions as Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and the company's Authorized Representative. Mr. Hu Guangyao has been appointed as Chairman, Executive Director, and Chairman of the Nomination Committee. Concurrently, in accordance with Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, Mr. Hu has been appointed as an Authorized Representative to fill the vacancy.
