Eagle Hospitality Trust gets Singapore Court nod to terminate REIT

Eagle Hospitality Trust announced that DBS Trustee Limited, acting as trustee of Eagle Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust, has received confirmation from the Singapore Court that it may terminate EH-REIT without further applications or actions.

The trustee stated that any remaining funds will be moved to the Liquidating Trust after separate court approval, and no distribution is expected for stapled securityholders because all residual assets must be transferred to the Liquidating Trust under the confirmed plan.

Further material updates on the termination process will be provided in subsequent announcements, the trustee said.
