On the news front, Oracle's after-hours AI cloud business guidance exceeded expectations overseas, with total remaining performance obligations for Q1 FY2026 reaching US$455 billion, representing a substantial 359% year-over-year increase.

Haitong International noted that in August, China's State Council issued the "Opinions on Deeply Implementing AI+ Actions." Domestic computing power leader Cambricon saw revenue surge 4,348% in the first half of this year, while Alibaba reiterated its commitment to AI capital expenditure of RMB380 billion over three years. The firm remains optimistic about AI applications accelerating alongside the computing power wave.

Notably, several prominent brokerages have recently raised FOURTH PARADIGM's target prices, unanimously bullish on this AI pioneer's growth potential and unique value in the "AI+" era.

Bocom International raised FOURTH PARADIGM's target price from HK$64 to HK$81, maintaining a "Buy" rating. Daiwa believes FOURTH PARADIGM holds a solid position in the artificial intelligence sector and expects it to benefit from the "AI+" development trend, raising the company's target price from HK$58 to HK$74.
