China Railway Construction Announces Full Transition to Electronic Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express
Apr 15

China Railway Construction Corporation Limited has confirmed that, effective immediately, all future corporate communications will be distributed electronically in line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rule 2.07A and the paperless listing regime that began on 31 December 2023.

Both English and Chinese versions of directors’ reports, annual and interim results, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms will be accessible on the company’s website (www.crcc.cn) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be mailed by default.

Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive email notifications must supply a functional email address to the bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited through which their shares are held. Those who do not provide an email address will need to monitor the two websites proactively for new publications.

Shareholders preferring hard copies may submit the enclosed reply form to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or request printed materials via email at crcc1186@computershare.com.hk.

Enquiries can be directed to the registrar on (+852) 2862 8688, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time), excluding public holidays. The company emphasises that personal data provided in reply forms will be used solely for communication distribution purposes in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
