QINHUANGDAO PORT CO., LTD. (Stock Code: 03369 on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and 601326 on the Shanghai Stock Exchange) released its monthly share capital return for February 2026. The total authorized share capital stood at 5.59 billion renminbi, comprising 829.85 million H shares and 4.76 billion A shares. No changes occurred in the issued shares or treasury shares during the month.
