Dufu Liquor Group outlines estimated FY2027 audit fee ahead of 30 September 2026 AGM

Dufu Liquor Group Limited has released supplemental information to its 7 September 2026 annual general meeting (AGM) circular, focusing on the proposed re-appointment of McMillan Woods (Hong Kong) CPA Limited as external auditor for the financial year ending 31 March 2027.

The Group states that the audit fee estimate was set after arm’s-length negotiations and reflects the size, nature and complexity of its operations, the scope of work, historical auditor fees, the audit timetable and the mix of professional staff required. Final fees remain subject to mutual agreement with the auditor.

The estimate assumes no material changes in the Group’s operations, accounting policies or regulatory environment during FY2027 and is predicated on the Company providing timely and adequate information for audit purposes.

All other information in the original AGM circular remains unchanged. The AGM is scheduled for 30 September 2026 in Hong Kong.
