FICUS TECH (08107) announced changes to the composition of its nomination committee, effective August 29, 2025: (a) Executive Director Mr. Chen Ting will cease to serve as a member of the nomination committee; (b) Executive Director Ms. Chen Xiao has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee; and (c) Professor and Engineer Yang Mengzhang will be reassigned from nomination committee member to Chairman of the nomination committee.
