China State Construction International Holdings Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on 23 April 2026. The primary agenda is to review and approve the unaudited financial performance and operating information for the first quarter of 2026, with subsequent disclosure to the market.

The announcement, dated 13 April 2026, confirms that Chairman and Executive Director Zhang Haipeng will preside over the session. The board currently comprises eight members, including Chief Executive Officer Wang Xiaoguang, Executive Director Hung Cheung Shew, Non-executive Directors Yan Jianguo and Ye Nan, and Independent Non-executive Directors Wong Wai Ching, Chan Tze Ching Ignatius and Chan Fan.
